Beer Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. jiffy mix, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (12 oz.) can beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Jiffy mix and sugar together.
Pour in beer.
Mix until well combined.
Pour into greased loaf pan or greased muffin pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes for loaf or 15 to 20 minutes for muffins.
Bread is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
