Beer Biscuits
Beer Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. bisquick, 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 4 strips bacon, 1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook bacon and crumble.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon into greased muffin pans until each is only half full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes (or until golden on top).
Makes 24 biscuits. (Freezes well for later.)
