Beefy Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. dried beef, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Shred beef in blender.
Save 1/2 cup shredded beef.
Blend cream cheese, onion, remaining beef, Worcestershire sauce, Accent and Tabasco.
Shape into 2 large or 4 small balls.
Roll in reserved shredded beef.
Serve at room temperature with crackers.
