Beefy Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 1/4 c. finely chopped dried beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and the Cheddar cheese. Blend well.
Stir in the bell pepper, onion and dried beef.
