Beefed-Up Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with (2 1/4 oz.) jar armour star sliced dried beef, sliced, boneless chicken breasts, (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, c. sour cream and c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350°.
Place dried beef slices evenly around chicken breasts.
Tuck edges of beef under chicken. Place in 8-inch square baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 350°, covered, for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and sprinkle with almonds. Continue baking at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
