Beef Tomato

In a bowl, combine shoyu, ginger and sugar.
Add beef; marinate for 1 hour.
In a pot, add oil and heat.
Add beef; cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside. Place onion, celery and green pepper in pot for 2 minutes. Stir cornstarch into remaining sauce.
Add marinated beef and tomatoes to vegetables; mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
