Beef Tips
Beef Tips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak, cut into cubes, sprinkle of garlic salt or powder, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 3 heaping tsp. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown steak in oleo.
Add garlic salt or powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix and chopped green pepper. (Or use large pieces of pepper and take out before serving if you wish.)
Add water and simmer until meat is tender.
(May need to add a bit more water while meat is simmering; simmer about 45 to 60 minutes.)
Thicken gravy and serve over rice or noodles or mashed potatoes.
