Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef tips, cut in cubes, 2 or 3 small cans beef gravy, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/2 c. red or white wine and salt, pepper, onions and mushrooms as desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on cubes, then cover with flour and braise in a fairly deep pot until browned.
Add some water, then gravy.
Bring to a boil and allow to simmer with mushrooms, onions and seasoning for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
