Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef fondue, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. beef bouillon, 1 medium chopped onion and 1 jar sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown beef in butter.
Sprinkle a little garlic powder on beef.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the bouillon and let simmer until meat is tender, about an hour.
Add onion and mushrooms and cook about 10 minutes.
Add about a teaspoon of flour to remaining bouillon and stir
Mix with meat mixture.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup sour cream.
Serve over rice.
