Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon, 2 tbsp. catsup and 1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice beef into 1 x 1/2-inch strips.
Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir bouillon, catsup, garlic and salt into the skillet; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and onion.
Cover and simmer another 5 minutes. Gradually stir in flour.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Reduce heat.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
