Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless chuck, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut chuck in strips 1/2-inch thick.
Dredge with flour mixed with salt and brown in margarine in heavy skillet.
Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients except last 3.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1/12 hours or until meat is tender.
Stir in mushrooms and sour cream and heat gently.
Serve with hot cooked noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
