Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 2 onions, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut meat into thin strips.
Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
Add meat and brown lightly.
Add bouillon and simmer meat until tender (several hours).
Add Worcestershire and paprika.
Add a little water during cooking to keep meat tender.
Before serving, add sour cream.
Cook rice according to directions on box.
Serve Stroganoff over hot rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
