Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can mushrooms, drained, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute mushrooms in margarine until lightly browned.
Remove from pan.
Dredge the meat in flour.
Cook in remaining margarine until meat starts to brown.
Add the broth, ketchup and garlic powder.
Cook until meat is tender and broth is reduced.
Return the mushrooms to the pan.
Just before serving, add the sour cream.
