Beef Stir-Fry
Beef Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. beef, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 2 tsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut beef in strips.
Mix garlic, soy sauce and ginger together with beef.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet, sprayed with Pam.
Add beef mixture.
Cook until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add veggies and stir-fry until tender.
Mix water and cornstarch.
Add to beef mixture in skillet.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Serve over rice or noodles.
