Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chuck roast, 5 medium potatoes, 5 carrots, 3 sticks celery and 1 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut meat into small cubes (1/2 inch).
Put into a large pot with
2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Start cooking you prepare vegetables.
Cut vegetables into pieces.
When they are ready, add the tomato sauce to the meat.
Add vegetables and enough water to cover everything well.
Stir, cover and cook about 2 hours at a low boil.
