Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef chuck roast, 2 medium onions, peeled and quartered, 1 lb. carrots, 1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube beef; saute in small amount of fat.
Slice onions and saute in fat.
Place beef, onions, carrots, tomatoes, basil, pepper and water into large covered pot.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 2 hours.
Add potatoes the last 45 minutes.
