Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stew beef, 1 pkg. sauer's beef stew seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 c. water and 4 medium carrots, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Shake flour in large size (14 x 20-inch) oven cooking bag and place in greased baking dish. Place floured beef in bottom of bag.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over beef, then add package of seasoning mix and add 3 cups of water.
Close bag with nylon tie; make 6 slits in top of bag.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
