Beef Soup
Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat, 1 small onion, 2 c. shredded cabbage, 1/4 c. ketchup and 1 qt. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Peel and dice potatoes and onions.
Put in large pan.
I use a 6-quart pressure cooker.
Add water and tomato purΓ©e.
Start cooking while you lightly brown meat.
Drain meat on paper towel. Add all ingredients in pan.
If pressuring, cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
If open pan, cook until vegetables are tender.
May have to add a little more water while cooking.
I serve with cornbread.
