Beef Skillet Fiesta
Beef Skillet Fiesta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. diced onions, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 can tomatoes and 1 1/4 c. bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat in oil over high heat in skillet, leaving meat in coarse chunks.
Add onion, reduce heat to medium heat and cook until onion is tender, but not browned.
Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
Bring to boil.
Stir in green peppers.
Boil again.
Stir in rice, remove from heat.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Ready to serve.
