Beef Salami
Beef Salami is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 tsp. liquid smoke, 3 tbsp. morton tender quick salt, 1/2 tsp. mustard seed or 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together with hands and shape into 2 rolls. Wrap tightly with foil and refrigerate for 2 days.
Now place in shallow pan. Prick holes in top of foil rolls to let steam escape.
Bake 1/2 hour at 325Β°.
Eat either hot or cold. May be frozen.
