Beef Roulades
Beef Roulades is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thin sliced eye of round, 4 slices bacon, 1 large onion, garlic powder and 2 cans beef consomme (no water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place onion, cubed, on meat.
Put 1 1/2 slices of bacon on onion and a couple of shakes of garlic powder.
Roll up and secure with toothpick.
Place in pot with consomme and cook on medium heat about 45 minutes.
Thicken.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
