Beef Roll
Beef Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. flank steak, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced and 1 c. swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place the flank steak on a board and pound it to tenderize. Crush the garlic and place it on the meat.
Add the olive oil and rub the garlic and oil into the meat.
Arrange the eggs on the meat.
Add the cheeses.
Roll up in a jelly roll style.
Brown in some oil.
Add tomato sauce and bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
May use bacon and sliced dill pickles or ham and cheese instead of eggs.
