Beef Pot Pie
Beef Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked beef, 1/4 c. green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can beefy mushroom soup and 1 can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut beef into small pieces.
Saute pepper and onion in oil until brown.
Add meat, soup, mushrooms, garlic powder and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons cold water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Add to hot filling and stir.
Pour mixture into pie shell and top with 2 cups sliced potatoes.
Top with pie shell and bake at 350Β° until brown.
