Beef-Oregano Casserole
Beef-Oregano Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef, cut up in cubes, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles, 1 c. mushrooms (use liquid), 1 c. mushroom soup and 1 c. onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook beef; save juice.
Cook noodles; add bouillon cubes to water and cook up most of liquid.
Do not drain.
In large bowl, combine beef cubes, soup, milk, onion flakes, oregano, pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon margarine.
Put in large buttered casserole. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
Add a little milk if needed. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes uncovered and bake 10 minutes more at 350Β°.
