Beef Noodle Casserole
Beef Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef (can use turkey), 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, 1 can tomato soup and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook beef and onion until brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato soup, oregano and garlic.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook noodles per package directions.
Drain.
Combine with beef mixture in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven for 3 minutes in oven at 350Β°.
