Beef Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 4 c. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat; drain.
Add tomato sauce, onion and green pepper. Mix well.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Layer noodles, process cheese spread and meat mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Top with additional cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
