Beef Nacho Casserole
Beef Nacho Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa, 1 c. corn, drained, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, dressing (mayonnaise) and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole.
Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
