Beef 'n Noodle Casserole
Beef 'N Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, 1/3 c. sliced green onions, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter 3 minutes or until tender.
Add beef and cook until no longer pink.
Drain excess fat.
In a medium bowl, combine tomato paste and sour cream; stir in noodles and cottage cheese.
Layer half the noodle mixture in a 2-quart casserole.
Top with half the beef mixture; repeat.
Pour tomato sauce evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
