Beef-Mushroom Quiche
Beef-Mushroom Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork.
Bake 11 minutes.
For frozen crusts, follow package directions.
Brown meat and drain off grease.
In medium bowl, mix soup, milk, eggs and spices.
Add meat, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into partially baked pie shell.
Bake for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serves 3 to 4.
