Beef Jerky
Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. round steak, flank steak or venison, 1 1/2-inches thick, 2 c. worcestershire sauce, 2 c. soy sauce, 1 c. ketchup and 3 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Remove all fat from meat. Cut into 1/8-inch slices along grain. Combine dry and liquid ingredients to make marinade. Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.
Drain.
Lay meat strips on dryer rack for 8 to 10 hours at 120° to 135°.
