Beef Hash
Beef Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. bacon fat, 4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced, 2 c. diced leftover beef roast or pot roast and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions in bacon fat until soft.
Add potatoes and beef. Add just enough milk to moisten and seasonings.
Mix well; cover skillet and simmer until both sides of hash are well browned. Slide hash onto hot platter and garnish with parsley.
