Beef Foldovers
Beef Foldovers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Separate biscuits.
Pat each out on a floured surface to 5-inch circle.
Brown meat, onion, green pepper and oregano.
Place a heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture on biscuit circle.
Fold in half and seal edges with a fork.
Deep fat fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Makes 20 foldovers.
