Beef Fiesta
Beef Fiesta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can corn, drained and 1/2 can green beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown beef and drain.
Mix all ingredients together except for potatoes.
Put in a casserole dish.
Spoon potatoes around top of casserole.
Sprinkle a little chili powder on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until potatoes are slightly brown.
