Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 (10 oz.) can mild old el paso enchilada sauce, 1 (10 oz.) can mild old el paso green chili enchilada sauce, 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce and 6 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Return to skillet; add sauces, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.
Spoon onto flour tortillas; add cheese.
Roll up to enclose filling.
Arrange seam-side down in a greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Spoon rest of beef mixture on top of tortillas.
Add cheese on top and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
