Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked shredded beef, 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onions; set aside.
Combine soups and enchilada sauce.
Dip tortillas in hot oil to soften a few seconds on each side.
Top each tortilla with one heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture; roll up.
Place seam side down in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over top and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
