Beef Enchiladas
Beef Enchiladas is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground round (may substitute chicken or turkey), 1/2 tsp. salt, black pepper and garlic to taste, 1 medium chopped onion and 1 can mild enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine.
Add flour.
Set aside.
Mix 3 cubes chicken bouillon into 2 cups of hot water.
Pour into the flour and margarine for sauce.
Cook until it thickens.
Stir in the can of green chiles and sour cream.
Pour over top of the tortillas. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
