Beef Chimichangas
Beef Chimichangas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. shredded beef, picante sauce, 1/3 c. chopped green onion, 1 tsp. cumin and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine shredded beef, 2/3 cup picante sauce, onion, cumin and oregano in a saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
Brush outside of tortillas with melted butter and fill inside with beef mixture and cheese and roll up.
Fold ends under and place seam down in a pan. Top with leftover cheese.
Bake 15 minutes in a 475Β° oven.
Serve with shredded lettuce and picante sauce.
