Beef Cheese Ball
Beef Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cream cheese, 2 pkg. dried beef (hormel or armour), 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. accent seasoned salt and 5 to 6 chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mash cream cheese until softened.
Chop beef into tiny pieces; lay on wax paper to dry more while preparing onions.
Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup dried beef.
Mix well and shape into a ball.
Coat and press remaining beef pieces on ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Eat with crackers of your choice.
