Beef Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. canned tomatoes, 1/2 c. catsup, 1 large onion and 1 tbsp. steak sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef in a large saucepan until all red is gone.

Add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, tomatoes, catsup, steak sauce, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Mix cheese with cooked macaroni until melted.

Combine with beef mixture. Spoon in mushroom soup.

Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.

Makes two 1-quart baking dishes.

Can be made and frozen.
