Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 3 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease container.
Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Spread in container.
Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into container.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
