Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stew beef or round steak, cut in small pieces, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small can mushrooms, 1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry (optional) and small onion, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour undiluted soup over meat in pan.
Add drained mushrooms, sherry and onion.
Cover and bake at 275Β° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
