Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes, 2 medium onions, sliced, 3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans campbell's cream soup (chicken, mushroom or celery), undiluted (may mix types, i usually do), 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place meat in a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle generously with seasoned salt.
Mix the cans of Campbell's soup with the meat cubes and then add the remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice. Makes 6 generous servings.
