Beef Burritos
Beef Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 doz. small flour tortillas, 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 (7 oz.) cans green chili salsa and 1 1/2 c. grated mild cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Crumble hamburger into skillet.
Add onion.
Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Pour off fat and add chili salsa. Place a large spoonful in the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle generously with cheese.
Fold sides over and fold up ends.
Place on a cookie sheet, folded sides down.
Cover with aluminum foil and heat in 325Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Serve alone or smothered in green chili salsa.
