Beef Burgundy
Beef Burgundy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean stewing beef, remove fat, 1 pkg. dry lipton onion soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, do not add water, 1/2 c. or more burgundy wine and 1 1/2 c. whole fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all of the ingredients (except the mushrooms) in a Corning Ware dish. Cover and bake at 325Β° for 3 hours.
After 2 hours, add the whole mushrooms and bake for the additional hour.
