Beef Burgundy is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. lean stew beef, cubed, 2 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and 2 medium onions, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Flour meat and brown in butter.
Remove and put in baking dish.
Saute sliced mushrooms and onion; add to meat.
Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon (cubes). Stir, cover and bake at 300Β° for 2 to 3 hours.
