Beef Biscuit Roll-Ups
Beef Biscuit Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion, pepper and parsley in butter until tender.
Add and brown ground beef.
Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle flour over meat and stir well.
Add bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water.
Add the rest of the water.
Cook until thick.
Cool and spread on biscuit dough rolled about 1/4-inch thick and 6 inches wide.
Roll up dough and meat mixture as a jelly roll.
Slice and bake on cookie sheet in 400Β° oven about 20 minutes.
Any extra roll-ups can be stored in the freezer.
Serve with cheese sauce or gravy.
