Beef and Noodle Medley
Beef And Noodle Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. ground meat or leftover roast, cut into small pieces, 1 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. onion and 1/2 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large skillet, brown meat in oil, about 5 minutes.
Add celery, onion and green pepper; saute 5 minutes longer.
Add remaining ingredients.
