Beef And Cheese Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, small amount vegetable oil, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 garlic clove, crushed (i use salt or powder) and 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook ground beef in a little oil; drain off fat.
Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms; mix well.
Simmer 20 minutes, or until onions are soft.
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cold water.
Put macaroni in dish, then sauce.
Spread with sour cream.
Top with cheeses.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes (covered).
Makes large baking dish.
