Beef and Cheese Bake
Beef And Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, dash worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly oil a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Saute beef until brown; drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt.
Remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese.
Add onion and green pepper.
Spread half of noodles on bottom of baking dish.
Spoon a little of the meat sauce over the noodles.
Cover with cheese mixture.
Top with remaining noodles.
Spoon on remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.
Serves 10 to 12.
