Beef and Biscuit Casserole
Beef And Biscuit Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained, 2 cans underwood roast beef spread (4 3/4 oz.), 1/4 c. cold water, 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup and 1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat
In a large bowl, mix together vegetables, roast beef and soup.
Spoon mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix biscuit mix and water with fork to make soft dough.
Increase oven temperature to 400Β°. Remove casserole.
Top with spoonfuls of dough.
Return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
